Residential Assistant Superintendent- This position is an integral part of managing our residential landscape division. Works with the Department Superintendent to direct multiple crews, plan implementation of projects, schedule crews and equipment, purchase job materials, and train and review employees. This position is responsible for tracking job costs and labor usage. Responsible for ensuring job quality and employee performance including, dress code, safety and punctuality. Must have ability to multi-task in high paced environment. Must be quality motivated and have 5+ yrs of landscape experience including equipment, landscape construction, plants and irrigation. Landscape Crew Lead- The Crew Lead works hand in hand with the Foreman and is in the leadership position when the Foreman is absent. This position requires an individual who is punctual professional and a good communicator. Willingness to learn a must and ability to be a leader. Bilingual a plus. Clean driving record. Irrigation Crew Members- Work with other irrigation team members to install custom landscape irrigation systems. Duties include installing irrigation pipe, heads, valves and wiring.
